TERMS OF PURCHASE
These general terms and conditions apply to purchases on, and your use of, the website www.ohfelia.se. By ordering on www.ohfelia.se you accept the terms and conditions published at the time as set out below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Ohfelia AB, org. no. [your corporate registration number], [your postal address] (hereinafter “Ohfelia”, “we” or “us”), which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using this website.
CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
This website is aimed at you, an adult private individual (consumer).
When you have completed your order, an electronic confirmation/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. In the confirmation you will find all the information about your products such as name and price, as well as billing and delivery address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. If you have not received a confirmation, or if there is something wrong with the confirmation you received, we ask that you contact our customer service immediately.
The confirmation serves as a receipt that you have completed the purchase.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All our prices on www.ohfelia.se include the applicable value added tax at the time of sale, in accordance with applicable legislation. The prices do not include any delivery charges, which may vary depending on the chosen shipping option. The applicable prices are reported on the website near the products. In the event that the stated price is obviously incorrect, Ohfelia is not obliged to offer the lower incorrect price. It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other campaigns or offers, unless otherwise stated.
If an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. To be sure of the fees that may apply to an order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Ohfelia reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, this may cause Ohfelia to cancel the purchase and refund the relevant amount in the best possible way. This may be done at any time at the initiative of Ohfelia.
Ordering and paying via www.ohfelia.se is safe and easy. You can choose between paying by bank and credit card, invoice, partial payment or Ohfelia gift card. The payment options available to you and the country you are ordering from are presented when placing an order. Payment can be made both before and after delivery, completely according to the customer's wishes and the payment options presented. Ohfelia reserves the right to add, remove or change the payment options presented on the website from time to time. All products remain the property of Ohfelia until full payment has been made.
DELIVERIES
Ohfelia takes the utmost care when receiving and processing orders and constantly strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. Available delivery options are presented directly at checkout when you place your order. Our normal delivery times are 2-10 working days depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery occur, without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, please contact our customer service. If you are no longer interested in making the purchase in the event of such a delay, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the shipment has already been sent, you must accept the order. A cancellation is therefore not valid until a confirmation has been received from Ohfelia via email or telephone.
At Ohfelia, if you shop for a certain value, you can choose the delivery option with free shipping. Ohfelia reserves the right to update shipping costs. It is important that correct and valid delivery information is provided at the time of ordering. If Ohfelia receives a package that was sent to the wrong address, or was not collected, it is up to you to pay for new shipping. This is as long as the responsibility for the uncollected package does not lie with Ohfelia and/or the selected shipping company. For orders that are not collected, Ohfelia charges an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
If any of the products you have ordered are not in stock when your order is to be packed, only the products that are in stock will be delivered to you. In such a situation, the order will be updated, and in addition, a refund will be made based on what was potentially paid by you as a customer before delivery. If you were not charged for shipping when the order was placed, you will not be charged for shipping when the order is updated.
In the event that you receive a broken or opened carton upon delivery, please contact your delivery point or chosen shipping company immediately. They will provide damage report forms.
RESPONSIBILITY
Ohfelia's liability for errors in delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the relevant delivery and what follows from these terms. Ohfelia's liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our website is limited to the total amount of your order. Ohfelia is not liable for indirect losses arising as a result of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profit or lost business opportunities, or for failure to deliver the goods or to fulfil any of Ohfelia's other obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond Ohfelia's control.
FORCE MAJEURE
Ohfelia is not obliged to fulfill a purchase if there are obstacles beyond Ohfelia's control. Such circumstances include, for example, government intervention, new/changed legislation, war, fires, floods, work stoppages, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or Ohfelia or its partners being exposed to criminal activity. In addition to the above, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by suppliers outside of Ohfelia's decision-making or control.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Ohfelia has the right to adjust prices, impose additional costs, make changes to product ranges and related information without notice. Ohfelia makes every effort to provide you as a customer with as accurate product information as possible to give a true picture of the products. However, we always recommend that you as a customer, despite our constant effort to ensure that all content displayed on this website is correct, double-check the product information and list of contents on the packaging when you receive your delivery.
